We would like to introduce you with our basic Business Terms and Conditions for clarity, please read the followings:

Delivery Terms:
Delivery will be based on FOB Mumbai for all Sea Shipment and FOB Delhi for all Air Shipment.

For Advance and DAP: Normally delivery time is 60 days from confirmation of order (date when Advance is transferred etc.) but by this time goods would be delivering to the nominated Forwarding agent.

For LC: For bulk orders, we accept letter of credit opened from a prime bank, Irrevocable LC at Sight, Delivery 90 days


Payment Terms:
Advance: 30 % at the time of order confirmation and balance against documents.

DAP: Documents against payment, once shipment moved, docs. is received by your bank and bank releases the payment. NO WAITING FOR GOODS TO ARRIVE AT PORT FOR MAKING PAYMENT.

L.C.: At sight, once goods shipped, docs sent to the bank and bank makes the payment.

Packing: As per our standard packing, for special packing requested by the buyer, different charges will be made based on case to case basis. Our standard packing can be confirmed at the time of ordering.
